Mental Health In The Workplace
In recent years, the United Kingdom has witnessed a significant and alarming increase in the prevalence of mental health issues. These conditions, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe disorders, have far-reaching impacts on individuals, families, communities, and the nation as a whole.
The statistics surrounding mental health issues in the UK are both eye-opening and concerning. According to a study conducted by the Mental Health Foundation, one in four people will experience a mental health problem each year. This means that nearly 25% of the UK population is affected by these issues annually.
